The Mini Grand Prix is a fun and exciting way to support the Arthritis Foundation and increase awareness of arthritis, the number one cause of disability in the Unites States today. Drivers race cars on a course that will challenge even the most experienced drivers' ability to race at top speeds of 50mph.

Businesses and individuals can join the race by starting a team or joining an existing team. Each team will get a car, helmet, driver’s training, race day insurance and tickets to the Awards Ceremony and Barbecue Banquet.

Participants raise additional funds by asking friends, family members and co-workers to pledge their support. Fundraising is easy to do – just sign-up through our website and use our on-line fundraising tools and send out e-mails to all your friends asking them for their support.

The cost for a team to participate is $1,500 ($1,000 is tax deductible) – a $500 deposit will be due by April 30, 2010, and must be paid in full by July 1. There are many ways for a team to pay:

• Ten team members each pay $150 each

Please note: Team members must be 18 years or older with each team consisting of at least four drivers. Celebrities, friends and families can be team members and do not have to be employed by the car buyer. Race car driving skills are in no way a prerequisite for participation in the event.
